Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped out from our fulfillment center within 2-3 business days. Delivery times will vary depending on your location, but most orders should arrive within 7-20 business days after processing.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your order.

Please note that all returns will need to be assessed by our team before any credit or refund can be authorized. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we will exchange it for you at no additional cost except return postage. However, if you wish to return a product for any other reason, you will need to contact our customer service team first, who will provide you with the necessary instructions to return the item. We do not exchange items if you decide you don't like them anymore.
